Carey, who is almost 5'10" tall, was once a leading American modeling model. Top designers including Calvin Klein and Ralph Lauren liked her. In 1979, the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists named her father Scientist of the Year. Carey was raised throughout the world as a consequence of the work of her father. As she was attending an institution called the University of Colorado, Carey started modeling for a side. The Ford Model Agency in New York noticed her and offered to help. Following her move to France in the summer of 1999, where she was a resident at Paris, Bordeaux and New York, she decided to go back in New York and continue her training. In the next few months, Vogue, Glamour and other magazines were featured on their cover. In between modeling assignments she also studied literature full time in New York University. In New York she began to study acting. The actress had a tiny part on Club Paradise with Robin Williams, in 1986. She loves rock climbing ski, windsurfing, and skiing.
